Website content is provided for general information. Service descriptions, example projects, coverage, figures, plan speeds, prices, timelines, and credentials remain subject to final company verification and a written service agreement.
Quotes and service orders
An enquiry is not an order. Scope, availability, access, equipment, fees, taxes, timelines, dependencies, support, and acceptance criteria must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurate site information, authorized access, permits and landlord approvals where applicable, safe working conditions, timely decisions, and protecting account credentials and equipment under their control.
Network performance
Actual internet performance can be affected by service design, local Wi-Fi, client equipment, congestion, upstream networks, power, faults, and events outside reasonable control. Committed performance and remedies apply only where stated in a signed agreement.
Intellectual property
Website branding, original imagery, copy, and design are protected by applicable rights. Client materials remain the property of their owners and may only be used with permission.
Liability and governing terms
Any warranties, exclusions, liability limits, suspension rights, termination terms, dispute handling, and governing law must be set out in the final client-approved terms and individual service agreement.
